Coleman B. Levy is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is a partner with the law firm of Hinckley Allen.
He specializes in real estate, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, finance and banking, and is a frequent speaker at seminars concerning these matters.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Jewish Federation;
the Greater Hartford YMCA, the New Britain Museum of American Art, The University of Connecticut Foundation and The Visiting Committee for the Gastrointestinal Cancer Center at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He is a Corporator of the New Britain General Hospital, the Klingberg Family Centers and the New Britain Girls and Boys Club.
Coleman is a past member of the Boards of Directors of the Hartford County Bar Association, The Greater Hartford Jewish Community Center, the Greater Hartford Chamber of Commerce and Beth-El Synagogue.
He is also the former Chairman and Co-owner of The New Britain Rock Cats, Double A Eastern League Affiliate of the Minnesota Twins.
Coleman and his wife, Judie, are the proud parents of four sons, (Perry-deceased) Dean, Matthew and Evan, three daughter-in-laws and eight grandchildren, Samuel, William, Emma, Ella, Sadie, Shoshana, Simon and Solomon.
