Covid Expense Reimbursement Program

Every organization has been financially impacted by Covid. The government has reserved over $400 billion for this program to make sure we all get through this together. Expense Consulting can assist you with your application!

Our goal is to help businesses and healthcare organizations deal with the financial burden created by the additional cost necessary to effectively manage the Covid-19 pandemic. To help with this unexpected financial burden, the Federal Government passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. This legislation allows qualifying organizations to receive up to 100% reimbursement for monies spent to insure their employees and customers/patients are effectively protected in the form of a grant. The program is being managed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as well as the respective state governments.

The deadline to be considered for 90% reimbursement is March 31st, 2023.

Factors you need to consider:

  1. The application process is complex and time consuming for your staff.

  2. Accuracy of the application is crucial to not get rejected.

  3. You must include all spend categories that qualify to maximize reimbursement.

  4. The approval process touches several different government agencies. You need an advocate that knows how to navigate the maze.

  5. Your application can be rejected at any point during the process for a multitude of reasons.

How we can help:

  1. Members of our team have over 30 years of experience in navigating the FEMA grant maze.

  2. Our team also has worked with most state governments and have a deep understanding of how to navigate those waters.

  3. Our consultants will shepherd your application through the entire process.

  4. You have zero financial risk. Our fee is contingent on you successfully receiving your reimbursement grant!
